The official blog for Untitled Themes and Level82. Theme updates, news, tutorials and support.
When I pulled the first version, the response was unbelievable, 10% was nasty and at least 70% attempted to make me believe they needed Know Anon to prevent drastic outcomes.
Kinley 2.1.1 is a small update, it however fixes stability, decreases the load time and adds some small features that you may find to be useful.
Click the update button on the final slide of the install page if you installed Kinley in the past. Install Kinley or preview Kinley.
The Cinch theme is now available on ThemeCloud.
Cinch is another interactive theme by Untitled Themes, however Cinch is less reliant on modern browsers. Cinch is a highly customizable theme with over 50 individual appearance options. The posts span a percentage of the entire browser making this theme all about your content.
Know Anon has hit 750,000 users and over 3.5 million daily page-views (people visiting an ask page of a Know Anon user, this potentially represents the number of questions asked to a person using Know Anon). A lot of you are exposing hate messages.
The first milestone of Stacky 5 looked like this.
Kinley 2.0.1 is available, this is a small update and can be skipped for those who don’t want to update again so soon. The update focusses on improving the appearance tags as well as adding fives new ones.
Meet the new custom theme install setup.
Those who use Kinley know that installing the theme can be a little tedious, however the install page has been overhauled and will be introduced soon. The setup will guide users through installing Kinley, Cinch and other custom themes (themes not in the Theme Garden).
The UT blog now uses Kinley instead of Stacky 5. It also uses Facebook comments instead of Disqus because afterall, who doesn’t have Facebook?
Kinley Version 2 is now available to install. This is a large update which addresses some small issues but comes packed with many new features. Some of the new features include:
Preview the theme. Install the theme. If you’ve already installed Kinley in the past, use the link in the install file.
Cinch beta was released today, if you have installed it, what are your thoughts? Have you encountered any problems? What would you change? What would you like to see?
Introducing Cinch, a new Tumblr theme by Untitled Themes. Cinch is another interactive theme similar to Impress, just less reliant on modern technology. Cinch is in fact based on Kinley and features a lot of professional features and a great deal of options to customize.
You can preview the theme on the preview blog, however the panning navigation which makes this theme unique and quite interactive is disabled on it.
This theme will be a premium theme in the future but is free to all at the moment in its beta state. Feel free to install it, exercise it, critique it, customize it, make it yours.
Kinley theme is on sale for today only, get 50% off the regular price and an additional 10% off if you share the theme. $2 (and less) for all of today. Click here to install Kinley.
A bug where posts wouldn’t show on the first page when infinite scroll was disabled has been resolved.
Use the link in the install document to update the theme. Click here to install Kinley.
The Kinley about page has been revamped to reflect the theme’s new(er) look. This doesn’t really affect anyone though.
Kinley version 1.8 is available now, preview it here, install it here or if you’ve already installed a previous version, use the link in the install page that you downloaded.
Version 1.8 includes the following:
